New to Market Convenience Store, Kum & Go, Coming to Caldwell’s North Ranch Business Park

In 2022, Kum & Go, a Des Moines, Iowa based convenience store chain, announced a set of aggressive expansion plans into markets such as Utah, Michigan, and the “Boise” area.

To date, it has been confirmed that the company is planning to build several stores in the greater Boise area, but specific locations have not been revealed.‍Ball Ventures Ahlquist is proud to announce that one of the new Kum & Go locations coming to the Treasure Valley will be at North Ranch Business Park in Caldwell.‍Located at the Northwest corner of Smeed Parkway and Highway 20/26, the new convenience store will be joining a growing list of tenants at the development, including D&B Supply’s largest retail store and new distribution center, an Idaho Central Credit Union branch, a VA Hospital, and flex office spaces.With over 400 stores in 13 states, Kum & Go’s unique brand offers fresh made to order food, in addition to traditional quality quick stop items and offerings.‍In their initial announcement of their expansion, Kum & Go’s CEO, Tanner Krause, said “Kum & Go is excited to introduce a fresh perspective to the idea of immediate consumption in Boise.
