Since 2011, the founding members of Ball Ventures Ahlquist have worked on projects that have transformed the city of Boise. BVA’s newest development, 4th and Idaho, is set to once again transform the Boise skyline. Beginning construction in 2023 with plans to become operational by 2024, and Idaho will feature one 12 story tower and one 8 story tower, providing over 150,000 square feet of new class A office and retail spaces.
