Neil Floyd joined Ball Ventures in August 2007. Neil is primarily responsible for negotiating the financing needs for Ball Ventures and any of its subsidiaries; he is also responsible for all the financial reporting to our lenders. He manages our BV Lending portfolio and helps underwrite our BV Capital Funding loan acquisitions. He has been working in the financial industry for over 17 years and prior to coming to Ball Ventures, he was the Vice President for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Private Client Services/Wealth Management division in Eastern Idaho where he provided financial solutions to his high net worth clients regarding investments, insurance, lending and estate planning. Neil has extensive experience with Commercial Real Estate and lending underwriting. Neil attended Ricks College (BYU-Idaho) and in 1993, he graduated from BYU-Provo with a degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing.
