Thel Casper joined Ball Ventures as General Counsel in January 2006. Thel is heavily involved in the negotiation, due diligence review and documentation of new investments and projects. Before joining Ball Ventures, he was a partner in the law firms of Lewis and Roca, LLP in Phoenix and Holden, Kidwell, Hahn & Crapo, PLLC in Idaho Falls. He is experienced in a variety of corporate, business and property transactions including business entity formation; real and personal property acquisition; residential and commercial development; office, retail and restaurant leasing; and real property, personal property and mezzanine financing. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar, the Utah State Bar and the State Bar of Arizona. Thel received a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 1988 and a Juris Doctor from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley in 1992.
