During the pre-construction phase, we work with all parties involved to develop the most accurate detailed scope of work, a schedule that satisfies the client and contractors expectations and we develop a budget that is accurate based upon the clients needs and the needs of the general contractor.
Construction Phase
During the construction phase we are focused on providing a safe construction environment for all of our subcontractors and consultants. We strive to provide the most accurate accounting per the budget and ultimately our goal is to deliver the best quality product in a timely manner.

BVA’s General Contracting team, IDACS has an extensive construction background and knowledge that sets us apart. Our project knowledge consists of Ground up and Tenant Improvement Projects in the fields of retail, commercial, medical and industrial.
We offer a collaborative in-house approach that includes the design team and general contractor. We work diligently with the client from the first space plan to the final construction set of drawings. Our process is efficient to ensure our clients get the space they want in the time they need.
