Idaho Central Credit Union will close its long-standing branch at 200 n. 4th St. in coming weeks, with the building set to be torn down. After crews tear down the two-story ICCU branch, a new 13-story tower branded to the large Idaho-based credit union will go up in its place. The project, helmed by Ball Ventures Ahlquist, will include a new bank branch, back-office space for the credit union, as well as apartments and medical office space.
