BVA entered the industrial market in 2020 when they purchased North Ranch Business Park in Caldwell, Idaho. Soon after the purchase of North Ranch, BVA was also involved in the purchase of Pleasant Valley 520 in Boise, ID. These two projects total over 620 Acres and have allowed BVA to expand its capabilities in the Valley. BVA has completed to date a total of approximately 200,000 S.F. of Industrial Space with plans to develop much more over the next several years.
