Bryan Taylor

Director of Property Management

Bryan was born in Missoula, Montana but moved to Sheridan, Wyoming when he was a young child. He lived there through high school where he enjoyed all of the outdoor recreation the wide open spaces allowed. He moved to Boise, Idaho in 2003 where he attended and graduated from Boise State with a B.S. Degree in Business Management.

While attending college he took a summer job with a local heating and air contractor, Ashley Heating and Air. He would end up spending the next 8 years there learning all he could about mechanical systems and sheet metal work along with managing the work crews as an Operations Manager.

In 2013 when Gardner Company purchased the US Bank Building and was mid completion of the 8th&Main building in downtown Boise, he was hired as a Commercial Building Engineer. He split his time learning both US Bank and 8th&Main until City Center Plaza opened in 2016 where he was moved over as Chief Building Engineer.

Bryan began working for BVA Development in March of 2019 as a Commercial Building Engineer. He is responsible for maintaining the integrity and code compliance of the building owners assets including all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and security systems. He is also a point of contact for all tenants and assisting or facilitating any requests that they have within their space.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Abbey, and two children, Ayla and Griffin. They love anything outdoors including soccer, golf, boating, camping and all other outdoor recreation.
