Mark Cleverley

Chief Leasing Officer

Mark started his commercial real estate career 15 years ago when he joined the office brokerage team at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate Company. He quickly became one of the top producers and was recognized among the community as a trusted advisor and a deal maker in many real estate transactions in the Treasure Valley and around the state of Idaho. Mark joined Gardner Company in March 2014 as Director of Leasing. Gardner Company was making the transition to be one of the top developers in Idaho and needed the energy and focus to keep projects leased to capacity. When Mark started at Gardner Company the overall portfolio of buildings was approximately 75% leased. With dedication and attention to the detail these great projects deserved, Mark was able to bring the overall portfolio to over 95% leased within a couple of years.

As Chief Leasing Officer of BVA Development, Mark will continue to bring energy and attention to each project. He will not stop until each project becomes a reality and maintains the standards that both BVA Development and the communities they serve expect. Mark’s approach to real estate has always been based on two key principles, hard work and integrity. As a fourth generation Idahoan Mark was taught these principles as a young boy.

Mark enjoys giving back to the community and looks for ways to serve others. Mark has been a Board Member for the American Red Cross since 2015 and for the Idaho Technology Council since 2017. Mark also is very active in sports with his 4 children. He has coached Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball and Football in various leagues for the past 8 years. He is passionate about sports and teaching the next generation the values of life through sports.
